The Journal of the Japanese Society of Computational Statistics (JJSCS) is an international forum for the computational statistician and professional. The aim of the JJSCS is to promote and extend the use of computational statistics in data science. The JJSCS seeks to publish scientific papers that address any aspect of the discipline of computational statistics, and are consistent with the general aims of the JJSCS. This includes, but is not limited to: reports on original research; papers on statistical and computational technique, and new philosophies; the development or evaluation of new statistical software; and, review articles or critiques. Each issue of the JJSCS consists of three sections: Theory and Application, Software and Algorithms, and Data and Software Review Articles. In addition to papers submitted to JJSCS for review, the editors invite recognized leaders to write integrated surveys on relevant fields of computational statistics.
Authors who wish to publish in JJSCS are expected to prepare their manuscripts according to JJSCS “Submission Guidelines.” All manuscripts are refereed.
