Upon acceptance, the Guidelines for Final Manuscript Submission will be sent to the corresponding author. The final version should be submitted on an electronic medium (e.g., a 3.5 inch 1.44MB floppy disk, an MO disk or a CD-R/RW disc) prepared according to the Guidelines for Final Manuscript Submission. The two hard copies matching the disk should also be sent. Authors can use LaTeX, WordPerfect, Word, Ichitaro, or plain text as an electronic file of final manuscript stored on the disks. We accept either Windows or MacOS format. Reprints of these Instructions and Guidelines are available on request to the Editor or the business office.
